حذف حسابك في طُعم

من التطبيق

افتح طُعم واضغط الإعدادات.
اضغط «الحساب».
اضغط «حذف الحساب» وأكّد. يمكنك حفظ نسخة احتياطية من سجلّك قبل الحذف.

إذا دخلت برابط البريد، نرسل لك رابطًا جديدًا لتأكيد أنك صاحب الحساب قبل حذف أي شيء.

ما يُحذف

صيداتك ورحلاتك وأماكنك ونقاط صيدك المحفوظة في حسابك.
صور صيداتك المرفوعة.
الحساب نفسه: بريدك واسمك.

يُحذف ذلك فورًا ولا يمكن استرجاعه. يبقى السجل على هاتفك حتى تحذف التطبيق.

ما يبقى مدة محدودة

تقارير الأعطال (90 يومًا) وبيانات الإحصاءات المرتبطة بالتثبيت (شهران) لدى Google. لا تحمل اسمك ولا بريدك ولا مواقع صيدك.

دون التطبيق

إذا لم يعد التطبيق على هاتفك، راسلنا من البريد المسجّل في حسابك على support@to3m.app بعنوان «حذف حساب طُعم». نحذفه خلال 30 يومًا ونؤكد لك ذلك.

Deleting your طُعم (to3m) account

In the app

Open طُعم and tap Settings.
Tap Account.
Tap Delete account and confirm. You can save a backup of your log first.

If you signed in with an email link, we send a new link to confirm the account is yours before anything is deleted.

What is deleted

Your catches, trips, spots and catch points kept in your account.
Your uploaded catch photos.
The account itself: your email and name.

This happens at once and can't be undone. The log on your phone stays until you uninstall the app.

What is kept for a limited time

Crash reports (90 days) and count data tied to the install (two months), held by Google. They carry no name, email or fishing location.

Without the app

If the app is no longer on your phone, email support@to3m.app from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my to3m account". We delete it within 30 days and confirm.
